Dragon Raja Online

Connecting to server...

After two years of break from Online Gaming, I am now back to the alternative realm of Dragon Raja Online. For your information, I am an experienced player in DR and had played this game since I was 13 years old. I was once a Dual 3 Fallen (meaning very high level and reputation laa) and had gained recognition in the Malaysia Server (which was closed down 2 years ago). The very first reaction I received from my friends when they heard of the name 'Raja' is always the same. Which is : What what Raja??? Is it somehow associated with the Malay word?? Dragon 'Raja' is such a joke wahahahaha. No. Damn you for saying that. Dragon Raja is a proud product of Korea, a MMORPG based on a popular 12 volumes Korean novel (kor. ver. of Harry Potter maybe) AND also MY favourite online game so far. Darn it, Ragnarok Online etc... is nothing compared to this work of art with the incredible storyline.

I do not know why RO and the other online games gained more popularity compared to DR, maybe people are just attracted to the 'cute' or 'stylish' graphic designs, but one thing for sure, DR is the best game in my heart. No doubt about that. You can doubt me, but I must stay honest to myself. I'd played RO, and the others as well, and DR is still the best. You might be wondering if I would continue my elaborations on how good DR is compared to the others. Unfortunately, that is not what I intend to do today. In fact, I have absolutely no intention of talking anyone into believing me that DR is the best game on Earth. What is DR? And what good does it bring? You will know by the end of this post.

Introducing my main character, Falling (yes, Falling as in London Bridge is falling down), currently a level 82 priest with the rank of Archbishop. Female, a lumberjack/carpenter, citizen of Zypern and also a humble member of the Magical Guardians Guild (most powerful Guild in Zypern) with the blue rank (Legendary Heroes). Years ago, Falling was a Dual 3 (level 120+) Fallen (priest to thief) in the .MY server. But now, she's just a noob in NewRaja struggling to find her own identity.

In NewRaja, there are very few Malaysia monkeys. Majority of the players come from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, USA, France, etc... As I mentioned before in my previous blog post, there is a major communication barrier between the chinese players and the western players. That is because many of the chinese do not speak English. In case you don't know, In DR, you can choose your own nationality when you create a character, you can choose to be a citizen of Zypern (red), Vyseus (blue) or Yilse (yellow). Years ago, Falling was originally borned in Zypern but then she migrated to Vyseus. This time, I'd decided to go back to the beautiful Renus city in Zypern because Helternt city (Vys) is dirty and has rats roaming freely around.
