*sigh* I'm done for. I don't like this semester... but it's not like feelings matter. Again, I'm not saying this only because of the timetable. Read along.
It's so wrong of me to think that farewell to high school equals farewell to Bahasa. Ditto for Chinese but the special case for this is... negligence not on purpose. Holy cow! No matter how you look at it, Chinese is my first language and there's no way I could have forgotten about it. It's better if we could just call it... the gradual process of deterioration due to drastically decreased usage... (a.k.a. 流水不腐,户枢不蠹) @.@"...
And to think that few days ago when I handed my original SPM cert to the G.O. officer for certification of the photocopied ones, he said: "Oh pandai ni! Banyak A la! BM dapat A1, BC pun dapat A2! Pandai la mui!"... I should be ashamed of myself, no? He even highlighted the 2 languages, skipping English.
Semester 3 is definitely a schemed comeback stage for these 2 languages. We all love 2 in 1 don't we? Presentation in Bahasa is so going to kill me. Introduction to Chinese Language level 3 is so totally classics and literature... which is seriously a pain.
Noel: .... think about it... at least it's not math...
Me : .... you're right...
Okay... having said so, it's still my responsibilities. For the sake of the *cough* well-being of my *cough* CGPA... I'll have to do all I can to brush the rust off my languages. I'm gonna settle the score once and for all this time. =X
And if you take a closer look at the subjects this sem, it's all memory tests. Let's hope that I don't dyee in the process.
Another thing, I'm once again crowned Minister of Finance... for Chinese Language class... Lesson of the day? Don't talk unnecessarily. All I ever did was answer the lecturer's question, I mean, blurted out and I caught her attention. She would probably not hear me if I could just sit somewhere at the back. /.\"... So... lesson number 2 : don't sit in the front row. lol.
Attended the Woohoo Movie Sharing Session on Wednesday and learned a lot about the making from the director and actors. Bernard Hiew was cute. He's my personal favourite. Heheh. Jack Lim was as funny as expected. Very professional. I never knew he had a background in acting. He did really good in the movie and that surprised me! Left early because daddy came to fetch and after a bath I went straight to JJ with Ruby to check out the movie. Very, very cute local production I must say. Love the 4 little girls.
The same day I was forced by a pakatan of uni friends to register myself in Utar Idol. lol. My name was written on the list before I gave in consent. Come on... I seriously haven't been singing for some time already. And so... whether or not to FFK is the main question today.
The scheduled audition? Tomorrow. Esok. 明天. あした.
Not the slightest time available for me to create a poll and gather opinions. Anyway... I feel lazy on Saturdays and I'm most probably going to FFK. I don't even have an idea which song to sing.
So... good luck to the others! Joey and David がんばって!
Joined Public Speaking & Drama club yesterday because they are putting up a musical. Darn. I'm easily attracted to stuffs like that. lol. If I get the chance I hope I'm not just some tree. lol.
Off to makan. =X
