In The "Mist" Of All

Was busy with life. You know, from Saturday's Film Fest all the way down to Tuesday's lesson-marathon. And then eventhough I've got so much to say... o.o... the deferment lost them all. My thoughts and musings. Now let me try to pick up the bit of it and see what I can tell.

Oh yeah, Rubie freakin' uploaded this video to FB few hours ago. WTH.

Okay you don't see anything but that's me playing Marmalade.

WTH she took it without my knowledge lol. No attempt on vibrato when sightreading! Basically I'm easily pressured with accompaniment. But Ms. Koo's singing helps lol. She actually sang at the forte part of the piece and that covered my playing omg lol.

Dim Sum @ PJ Old Town

I know I've been on a dim sum streak for 3 weeks but you know what? It's not gonna end here. lol. I was anxious about hosting the talkshow that morning and wasn't in the mood to take pictures so here's the very few:

I like this.

Best egg tart ever. Seriously.

But nevermind if you don't feel satisfied. Because coming up next we have...

Fong Lye @ The Gardens for Father's Day.

When we got there there was this super long queue and we waited outside for like half an hour before we got seated.

I like this photo.

Daddy Big Tummy. Nah he's fit now. But not as a fiddle heh! =P

Menu-ing.

Well, at least they served f.o.c. lime juice and we got to take our own sweet time to read the menu while waiting. And then I was like: after all this waiting they better be good. lol.

Fruit tea.

Ruby's fried egg with tomato fish thing.

My fried beef with spring onion.

Mum's pineapple fish or something.

The big picture.

Dad ordered beef too but I didn't take a close-up of the dish because the table got too packed and it felt awkward to move about taking pictures in the crowded restaurant.

My verdict on the food: WOW! Our waiting was worth every single second. I trully see why they have people flocking in like that. Quality food I'll say. You don't get those half-assed tastes in what they serve. AND the best part of all:

OMG OMG freakin' addicted to this. Black-sesame ice cream on top of milk and red bean ice. Best combination ever!

I'm soooo coming back for more! =D

But before that, I guess I still have a long list of restaurants to try out lol. I'll be back I promise. ;)

Anyway, the food's not supposed to be center of attention... allow me to stage the star of the day:

Papa Bear!!!

Happy Belated Father's Day!! This is the otou-sama who read me bed-time stories when I was a kid, taught me how to behave, bought me toys and books, my Haiiro and Hitomi, clothes, pays for my education, and showers me with all the fatherly love possible. =D

Thanks for everything, dad. I'll always be your good girl! *Halo appears*

And when I work it'll be my turn to buy you stuffs heh XD~!

The other day I left for uni forgetting my handphone. And I finally realized how helpless a person can be without communication technology lol. But well, there WAS still a kind person in M'sia who lent a stranger (me) her handphone to call back home. I'm so grateful. Uh Oh.

Pikachu tagged me in a post and asked me to do this lol:

WTH.

Eih coooool and I think the guy is cute LOL XD~! The white tux is a definite plus point. =P

I dunno but he looks so japanese XD~! I want a kid like this! Haha!

Ok ok, I'll go off for now. Piggin' time.

So good night! ;)
