Insomnia? Doesn't Fit My Image.

People I am having very serious insomnia. Can't seem to get into sleep until 4 or 5am. And this has been taking place for a week or so.

I will get up as late as 1pm in the afternoon everyday. And as I am taking my 'lunch', my brain reminds me that I should be taking breakfast so don't eat too much. When I take dinner, brain tells me it's lunch. I usually go to bed around 11pm with my brain reminding me to eat dinner. Then I will ignore my hunger pangs. Followed by rolling myself to sleep --- to no avail. And the cycle repeats.

Heck. This is no insomnia. I think my biological clock got messed up. What can I do to fix this? It's screwing my life and my skin. I can't sleep. No matter what I do. And I can't possibly roll out of the bed to play violin too!

Tell me what to do. I'll do anything to sleep. I'm not feeling good. Urgh.

Anyways, I'm still trying it (getting into sleep) out.
