Father: No! I'm saving the Earth, and the electricity bills... *cough* Here, candles, torches, matches, all services at your choice.

Announcer: Introducing the new "Green Lamp" that allows for up to more than 50% of energy-saving. Now everyone can play their part in conserving energy. Live Green Lives, Use Green Lights. Message brought to you by Tenaga Nasional.

The lameness. lol.

What do you think I'll get out of 30?

Pardon the randomness. Just feel like sharing. lol. =X

I don't think I'll be able to go shopping like usual tomorrow. Urgh. Fed on tasteless soup mihun while others enjoyed good dinner. I'm probably really not in a good shape. It's a good thing I'm on holiday.

Wanna sleep early too tonight. =X

Loved your radio commercial for TNB lol! It might actually work, because you are actually critiquing the current cliched/lame green efforts like Earth Day, which many people complain about and will surely empathize with your little boy there. Also it's great that you're including the "saving electricity bills" part which will allow audience to empathize with the dad too.

Yet at the same time you're showing the audience an attractive, practical alternative to "going green"- using "Lampu Hijau" (which is such a lame name lol)

Ohya, this is something I picked up from a psychology article:
http://www.apa.org/research/action/shaping.aspx
I think the use of the word "everyone" is powerful since it implies that everyone else is doing it =) It reminds me of "Now Everyone Can Fly"

Pardon me for my long comment.
I hope that your lecturer thinks the same way, haha.
