Human Power

I take back my words. Seriously.

The ice-breaking + telematch was a blast.

I'm starting to feel smart for attending the event. You stupid people who chose to ditch the activity should kneel down before me and admit defeat. Muahahahahahaha (kidding). No doubt. I'm feeling extremely proud of myself for this. I guess I really have some luck.

Well, for your information and from my observations, less than 2/10 of the people who showed up yesterday actually came for the ice-breaking & telematch session. That was generally, something within my expectations. And I dare to admit that I did feel discouraged upon the sight of the low attendance. But what I did not expect was, the fact that everything was actually quite interesting after all. I certainly enjoyed the whole thing.

Not only were the games intriguing, everything was so well planned and arranged, I was impressed.

The station games themselves were very much related to body language --- to which some ( a lot?) of them appeared to be a little touchy-feely but not bad if you don't think dirty. At least the guys were, in my humble opinion, gentlemen in those cases. We had lots of funny and cheerful moments while trying to cope with the games. And I also got a few scratches from the maze when we crawled on the ground.

Oh and by the way, I was badly infected by flu so those people who had contact with me should really get themselves good bathes (*evil smirk*). Some of them might accidentally kept a few of the viruses as souvenirs lol.

In a few hours time, my handphone contacts increased by 15-19.

I'm not sure about any future encounters, but I do hope that we will still meet again in the future. I also hope that we can somehow stay in touch for the sake of our meaningful time together today although I doubt that it will happen.

To my fellow group-mates (although none of you will be able to see this...) :

Thank you for making my day so enjoyable. To be honest, I wasn't feeling very well throughout the day but thanks to everybody, I was able to make it through. Thank you for tolerating my useless-ness and my clumsiness when the games were in progress. I must admit that I did not try my best due to my sickly condition and did not contribute much to the group. Thank you for listening and responding to me. I am most happy to know that I am well-accepted and respected in a group of people. Last but not least, thank you for smiling at me. I am very much inspired and motivated by each and every of your smiles and laughters which has made my day so much more brighter and meaningful.

Not trying to offend anyone but after all this, I feel that people who failed to attend the telematch should be ashamed of themselves for not looking at the good side of the orientation programme. It's not about no pain, no gain. It's about having guts to take things up and not running away.

Somehow I'm talking this way about my old-self. But someday, I'll get that problem cured from the roots. =)
