Meow and Woff

Today I finally finished the wedding gift for my friend.

Uh oh, to tell the truth, it didn't turn out as expected. I wanted to make a bigger and prettier bouquet but 我的技术实在是太有限了。 I know what you're trying to say. No, my sis didn't make that. She folded the roses and joined a little in the making that's all. Because I quarreled with her LOL. Okay, for your information, I DID put up with her for the sake of the bouquet (我忍。。。忍。。。所谓：小不忍则乱大谋) but she just went berserk halfway which was obviously not my fault lor. I should have known that she's an emo-girl.

Anyway, I ended up finding ways with my mum who was kinda pissed too.

I trully felt the wrath of my sis LOL. While she ignored me, I had a hell of time trying to settle things by my own. The moral of the story? Never provoke Ruby.

In the end, I got everything done somehow but it wasn't what I really wanted in the first place. It's such a major disappointment but what can I do =/? What more, I'll need to present the bouquet to my friend as a wedding gift!!! So sorry to hand you such low quality work made by low quality people lor... I shouldn't have been so stubborn to insist on making something on my own and not buying.

This bouquet is a tribute to my friend, and is also named after her.

It is originally not designed for wedding purposes (but some says can then can lar) but as a celebration gift. The roses are in 3 colours, which have meanings to each of them ^.^.

Purple : Symbolizes nobility, but in my context, I want it to mean "upper-class".
Pink : Stands for beauty, grace and goodness.
Red : Symbolizes love and passion.

And why origami roses?? Because it's their first year and also the 'paper year' (note: it takes 75yrs to get diamond year, u think human life span so long meh?). I chose bright colour because I wanted to make it colourful, cute and lively. As the matter of fact, the real name of this bouquet is "Butterfly".

Well, the real thing is slighty different from what you saw from the photograph (my superb editing skill muahahaha), but you'll see it. Hrmmm... I'm still wondering if I should bring it on 514 or 515?? LOL.
