The Sweets Day

Today I somehow got reminded of my childhood in Brunei.

Even now I still feel the culture shock in me. I wonder if Anthony is still around. He must have grown really handsome.

I spent a lot on food this few days.

Yesterday we went to a mini dessert house for sweets. And because it was so 'mini', Ruby claimed that it made her claustrophobia worse as she was forced to eat while facing the wall. Nevertheless, goods served were good. All of the sudden while we were eating, a man (who was with a group of people) started a 'mini' conversation with us. Mum was at a convenience store next to the dessert house.

Man: Excuse me, are you sisters?
Me: Yes, although we may not look alike.
Man: Ohhhh I see I see...
Woman: Ahhh so that lady is your mother?
Me: Yes yes.
Woman: What?? I thought she's the elder sister!
Me: Oh no no...
Woman: By the way, both of you resemble your mother a lot.
Me: Ah thank you.

OMG!

Did both of us look old or did mum look young??

I blame the lightning for casting optical illusions.

Mum got really happy when she heard this. And brought us to Klang Parade where we had a round of fruitless shopping for the night. Bought chocolates and waffle cubes.

As for today, I persuaded mum to get me all the way to Sunway Pyramid for a pair of shoe. Apparently, my shoes are reaching their limits and it's time to get a new one. I told mum that since the 'Buaya(s)' are all heading to KLCC for the last day of pc fair, it'll be fine to go there. And she bought it. On the way, we witnessed traffic jams and on the faces of drivers, 'PC-FAIR-HERE-I-COME' was clearly written.

I got my shoes as soon as we got there. It's a nice pair of D.C. tribe. Even dad likes them. I'm planning to save them for the new semester.

And then... we took neo prints after lunch! With mum! Honestly... how many of you would take neo prints with your mum at this age? Oh well, it was mum's first time. She said that it was tiring and a lot of work. She suggested that we bring dad next time. lol.

Walked for quite a long time, then I bought more food. Dried Kiwi & Mango slices. Not cheap huh?

Now we're home and eating pink potatoes. Tomorrow school again. I think I know what to do in classes.
